Members of the firm actively participate in the implementation of commercial arbitration since the enactment of the Conciliation and Arbitration Law on March 7, 2001, advising in the drafting and incorporation of arbitration clause or agreement in contracts as well as participating in institutional arbitration courts. We also advise clients in arbitration processes. The members of the firm are permanently receiving courses and seminars for further training.
