Our firm achieved the first ever filing and approval in Honduras of a notice for an economic concentration resulting from an acquisition transaction. Since the beginnings of the antitrust regulatory framework in Honduras, our firm has successfully obtained approvals in all the filings for share or assets acquisitions, mergers, change in control of business entities in the relevant market that have been entrusted to us.
