Our firm has a longstanding practice in financing transactions, having advised both local and foreign private financial institutions as well as Development Banks and multilateral entities on project finance, syndicated loans, asset-backed finance, corporate finance, security trusts and multiple types of security structures. In such transactions, our clients have financed private as well as governmental borrowers.
Among others, our firm has advised private and public financial entities in project finance structures for energy and infrastructure projects in deals that are structured under laws of other jurisdictions by foreign law firms and where we act as Honduran counsel, as well as deals exclusively subject to Honduran law where our firm entirely designs and implements the legal structure for the financing.
