The first law that regulated condominium property, the Horizontal Property Law, was prepared by our founding partner, Guillermo López Rodezno, for the government Housing Institute. Our partner, René López Rodezno, participated in the elaboration of the currently standing Condominium Property Law and its presentation before Congress for its discussion and approval.
