Studies: Graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Banking and Finance Law from the Boston University School of Law (Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law). Diploma from INCAE-Georgetown University, on legal matters of International Business. He is a member of the Honduran Bar Association.
